| Quality Assurance Being an ISO 9001 : 2000 company quality assurance to our clients is our primary objective.Our range is developed as per the norms and specifications cited by Bureau of Indian Standards. To ensure high quality standards of our shoes, frequent quality checks are undertaken at every stage of production to ensure that the final dispatches are made as per the benchmark model approved by the quality department. We are also in process to set-up our own laboratory which will help us gain ISI mark for our products which is the ultimate symbol of assured quality. |
Our Infrastructural Facility Our complete in-house infrastructural facilities perform a significant role behind our success. We have our own manufacturing unit which is spread over 15000 sq. ft. with excellent production capacity. We have the capacity to supply 18,000 pairs of gumboots and 20,000 pairs of safety shoes per month. The machinery's installed gives high performance that enable us to conduct hindrance free operations.
Our thoroughly equipped manufacturing unit comprise of the following machinery's:

• Injection Molding Machines
• Lasting Machines
• Stitching Machines
All the machines are among the finest in the industry to ensure production and are of German, Italian or Taiwanese origin.
Moreover, we also in process to set up our own test laboratory to undertake experiments and tests on our products to maintain and enhance our quality. |
